With over a decade of professional training experience in the fitness industry, The Program owner and creator, Ryan Saranchuk, has a robust knowledge base. Having a master’s degree in exercise physiology, and being a certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor gives Ryan a unique understanding of the human body and how it responds to physical exercise. From these diverse experiences, he selected the best components of various fitness regimes to create The Program.

Despite the many ads and gimmicks claiming otherwise, there is no quick answer to optimal wellness. The Program commits to your long-term goals by offering six ($750 +GST) and twelve month ($1200 + GST) memberships and we work with you for the entire duration. We design your first month’s program based on your likes and dislikes, how much time you have to commit, and your ultimate goals. Then each subsequent month will be updated based on your feedback and results from the previous month to ensure you’re progressing at your own speed. We also give you unlimited e-mail access to expert support for your questions along the way and the opportunity to train one-on-one with a professional instructor.
The Program uses cutting-edge online training and nutrition software to deliver your training schedule and track your sessions. This online format allows you to access your training schedule and perform your sessions when and where it’s convenient for you.
